NDIS Funded
Self- Managed
You manage both the financial and administrative parts of your NDIS plan. You can choose your own service providers who do not need to be registered with the NDIS.
You pay Brigitte Amos directly on the day, then reimburse yourself through your NDIS funding.
Self-Funded
Private
You pay all service costs privately.
Brigitte Amos will provide a tax invoice after each completed service which will require payment on the day.
Plan Managed
You have a chosen someone to manage the financial parts of your plan on your behalf. You can chose your own service providers who do not need to be registered with NDIS.
Brigitte Amos will invoice your plan manager and they will pay invoices using your NDIS funding.
Medicare
You will require a referral from your GP that you provide to Brigitte Amos at your first appointment. Please discuss the options available to you with your GP before booking your initial session.
Brigitte Amos will provide a tax invoice after each completed service which will require payment on the day. You then lodge your claim with Medicare attaching the invoice receipt.
*There will be some out of pocket expenses for you.
NDIA Managed
The NDIA manages the financial and administrative parts of your plan. You must choose NDIS registered providers with this plan.
Brigitte Amos will not be able to provide services via this plan.
Private Health Funds
You may claim rebates from your private healthcare fund depending on the extra's packages you have. Please check if your health care fund covers Speech Pathology before booking your initial session.
Brigitte Amos will provide a tax invoice after each completed service which will require payment on the day. You then lodge your claim with your Health Fund attaching the invoice receipt.
